Bike (or scooter)

Staying or living nearby? Cycling is most certainly the best and quickest option for you. you can park your bicycle in the designated areas.  

Car

We have parking space next to the event hall. Use ‘Grote Baan 108, Sint-niklaas, Belgium’ as a GPS address. Once arrived, simply follow the parking signs and instructions of our traffic personnel. (*parking fees apply)

Dance together, drive together. 

Taxi

If you decide to come by taxi, please let your driver use the address ‘Grote Baan 108, Sint-niklaas or ‘Baia Event Hall’ as a destination. 

At departure, please be aware that a limited amount of taxis is available after the event and reservations are recommended. Taxi’s can be reached on

Kiss & Ride

If somebody is bringing you to the festival, please use ‘Grote Baan 108, Sint-Niklaas’ as a GPS destination, Do NOT drive on the parking with the car as parking fees will apply, step out on the main road and walk in the entrance direction by foot.

REGULATIONS

Event Entry:

All attendees must present a valid ticket for entry to the event. Entry is only permitted for individuals aged 18 and above. Identification may be requested at the entrance.

Zero Tolerance for Drugs and Alcohol:

The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. Nitrous oxide (laughing gas) is also not allowed on the terrain. Excessive alcohol consumption will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to deny entry or remove intoxicated visitors.

If you are feeling unwell for any reason, please notify us immediately.

Environment:

Keep the venue clean and dispose of trash in designated bins. Have respect for our neighbours when entering and leaving the terrain and try to keep it quiet.

Music and Dancing:

Dance and enjoy the music but be mindful of others to prevent accidents.

Use earplugs to protect your hearing if necessary. *Plugs are available at the vestiare.

Photography and Videography:

Taking photos and recording videos is allowed, but respect the privacy of others. The use of professional camera equipment, commercial or informational distribution is allowed only with prior permission.

Smoking:

Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas.

Respect for Fellow Attendees:

Show respect to fellow attendees and avoid any form of violent behavior, harassment, or discrimination. We say no to racism and are a LGBTQI+ friendly venue. Respect personal space of others while dancing and partying. Don’t overstep the boundaries of your fellow ravers. We are all here to have a good time, so please respect everyone’s limits! And remember: If it’s not a full yes, it’s a no!

Sanctions:

Violation of these rules may result in the following sanctions: Removal from the event without a refund of the admission fee.

Confiscation of prohibited items. Legal action if necessary.

Please leave at home…

You’re not allowed to bring sharp or heavy objects, nor glass and fluids. You can bring your medication with a doctor’s prescription. Bringing your own drinks is not allowed on the terrain. When in doubt, feel free to ask us via info@technobunker.be
